Corrective-Action Support
Service Description
E&A Safety Group helps contractors respond to identified safety deficiencies by developing, documenting, and tracking corrective actions through resolution. Our safety professionals work with project management, superintendents, foremen, and responsible subcontractors to review findings, determine appropriate corrective measures, and follow up on outstanding items. Support may include review of inspection findings, corrective-action planning, communication with responsible personnel, photo documentation, status tracking, follow-up inspections, verification of completed corrections, and organization of supporting records. Our goal is to help project teams address safety concerns promptly, maintain clear documentation, and demonstrate that identified issues have been properly corrected.
