NYC DOB Compliance Support
Service Description
E&A Safety Group provides NYC Department of Buildings compliance support for construction projects that must meet applicable site safety, documentation, and oversight requirements. Our safety professionals work with contractors, project managers, superintendents, and field teams to review site conditions, required safety documentation, designated safety responsibilities, and project-specific compliance needs. Support may include NYC DOB-focused site reviews, documentation checks, preparation for inspections, review of corrective actions, coordination with project leadership, and assistance identifying areas that may require additional attention before or after a DOB inspection. Our goal is to help project teams maintain organized documentation, address observed compliance concerns promptly, and stay better prepared for NYC DOB oversight throughout the project.
