Safety Manuals

Service Description

E&A Safety Group develops customized company safety manuals designed to establish clear safety expectations, procedures, responsibilities, and documentation standards for construction operations. Each manual is tailored to the company’s scope of work, workforce, equipment, and operational risks, rather than relying on a generic template. Manuals may include policies and procedures for fall protection, excavation and trenching, scaffolds, ladders, PPE, hazard communication, silica exposure, concrete operations, electrical safety, fire prevention, emergency response, equipment safety, incident reporting, disciplinary procedures, and other applicable construction safety topics. We can also help review and update existing manuals to address outdated information, improve organization, and strengthen alignment with applicable OSHA and project-specific requirements. Our goal is to provide a professional, practical safety manual that employees and management can actually use in the field.

Cancellation Policy

- Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. - All course registrations and payments are non-refundable. - Participants must attend and complete all required training hours to be eligible for the OSHA 30 course completion card. Attendance for all four scheduled training days is required. - Because this is a live online course, participants must have a reliable internet connection, working camera and microphone, and remain present and engaged throughout the training. - Registration is for one participant only and may not be shared or transferred without prior approval from E&A Safety Group. - Missed classes, late arrivals, early departures, technical issues on the participant’s side, or failure to complete the required instructional time do not qualify for a refund and may affect eligibility for the course completion card. E&A Safety Group reserves the right to reschedule a class if necessary. If the course is rescheduled, registered participants will be notified and their enrollment will be transferred to the new scheduled date. Questions regarding enrollment or attendance can be directed to E&A Safety Group at 551-420-3901.
