Safety Stand-Downs

Service Description

E&A Safety Group provides safety stand-downs for construction companies that need to address specific hazards, recent incidents, recurring safety concerns, or important compliance expectations with their workforce. Stand-downs can be delivered to individual crews, supervisors, subcontractors, or entire project teams and are tailored to the issue that needs immediate attention. Topics may include excavation and trenching, fall protection, PPE, unsafe equipment practices, housekeeping, lifting operations, fire prevention, concrete safety, repeated violations, or lessons learned from recent jobsite observations. Sessions can be delivered in English, Spanish, or Portuguese and may include attendance documentation, company-specific messaging, and discussion of corrective actions or expectations moving forward. Our goal is to help employers communicate serious safety concerns clearly, reinforce accountability, and reset expectations before unsafe conditions or behaviors continue.

Cancellation Policy

- Enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. - All course registrations and payments are non-refundable. - Participants must attend and complete all required training hours to be eligible for the OSHA 30 course completion card. Attendance for all four scheduled training days is required. - Because this is a live online course, participants must have a reliable internet connection, working camera and microphone, and remain present and engaged throughout the training. - Registration is for one participant only and may not be shared or transferred without prior approval from E&A Safety Group. - Missed classes, late arrivals, early departures, technical issues on the participant’s side, or failure to complete the required instructional time do not qualify for a refund and may affect eligibility for the course completion card. E&A Safety Group reserves the right to reschedule a class if necessary. If the course is rescheduled, registered participants will be notified and their enrollment will be transferred to the new scheduled date. Questions regarding enrollment or attendance can be directed to E&A Safety Group at 551-420-3901.
