Toolbox Talks

Service Description

E&A Safety Group provides toolbox talks for construction companies that want consistent, practical safety communication with their employees and field crews. Sessions can be scheduled for individual crews, multiple trades, supervisors, or entire project teams and can be tailored to the hazards, work activities, and safety concerns currently present on the jobsite. Topics may include fall protection, excavation and trenching, PPE, ladders, scaffolds, housekeeping, silica, fire prevention, equipment safety, lifting and rigging, electrical hazards, concrete operations, and other task-specific concerns. Toolbox talks can be delivered in English, Spanish, or Portuguese and may include attendance documentation and company-specific safety messaging. Our goal is to help employers reinforce expectations, improve hazard awareness, and keep safety communication active throughout the project.
